Rising 245 meters as a 50-story landmark in Üsküdar on Istanbul's Asian side, the Emaar Square North Tower (Address Tower) integrates five-star hospitality with luxury high-rise living across 88,000 m² of total indoor area. The MEP scope delivered high-performance building services engineered to LEED Gold sustainability standards, achieving a 20% reduction in indoor water usage and incorporating EV charging infrastructure throughout the underground parking levels. The skyscraper houses the 182-room Address Hotel Istanbul up to the 11th floor—complete with an 800-capacity ballroom and spa—followed by 197 serviced apartments and 123 SkyView residences. The tower's upper crown features an indoor garden, a two-story sky restaurant, and the 48th-floor Sky View observation deck overlooking the Bosphorus and Marmara Sea.
