Situated in Çamlıca, Istanbul, the Emaar Square Mall and Car Park form the central commercial component of a 717,000 m² flagship mixed-use development designed by Foster + Partners, İki Design Group, and DP Architects. The mechanical contracting scope delivered complete HVAC, plumbing, smoke extraction, and fire protection systems across 138,000 m² of leasable retail space and a multi-level subterranean parking complex accommodating up to 6,200 vehicles. Engineered to serve over 415 stores, 50 dining venues, and high-traffic open-air/indoor retail boulevards, the mechanical infrastructure ensures high-efficiency climate control, air quality management, and life-safety systems throughout the vast underground parking and retail footprint.
