Akasya Residences

Situated along the E-5 highway in the Acıbadem district on the Asian side of Istanbul, Akasya Residences (Akasya Acıbadem) is an award-winning, premium mixed-use development combining luxury residential blocks, commercial spaces, and integrated green areas. The project features the iconic 41-story Koru Residence tower alongside low-rise blocks up to 14 stories, directly bordering a preserved 10,000 m² natural grove and featuring high-end social amenities including indoor/outdoor swimming pools, fitness centers, saunas, and sports facilities. Designed to BREEAM green building standards, the complex incorporates sustainable infrastructure such as rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling systems. The mechanical contracting scope delivered comprehensive MEP installations across a total indoor footprint of 97,000 m², covering all apartments, luxury residences, social facilities, and underground multi-level parking garages. Technical execution encompassed high-efficiency central HVAC systems, mechanical smoke management and jet-fan park ventilation, automatic fire suppression networks, domestic water distribution, and eco-friendly greywater/rainwater recovery systems.
