TOBB Twin Towers

Situated on Dumlupınar Boulevard (Eskişehir Road) in the Çankaya district of Ankara, the TOBB Twin Towers (TOBB İkiz Kuleleri) serve as the iconic corporate headquarters of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey. Standing 140 meters high across two 32-floor high-rise towers and expansive podium levels, the complex encompasses a total indoor footprint of approximately 160,000 m². The mechanical renovation and restoration scope delivered a complete overhaul of the towers' core mechanical infrastructure to upgrade energy efficiency and indoor climate control to contemporary engineering standards. Technical execution included modernizing the central heating and cooling plants, upgrading precision fan-coil and air handling units across all office floors, renewing mechanical smoke extraction and fire suppression systems, replacing water management and plumbing networks, and integrating all systems into an automated Building Management System (BMS).
